Fort Mifflin's annual celebration to Independence. Sure its the day after, but just think of the fun you'll have with re-enactments, kids games, refreshments, colonial wares to buy and learn about the Fort that saved America the day after all the parades and Bar-B-Q's.

One of Philadelphia’s most popular summertime events! Local businesses team with Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site for a playful reenactment of the Storming of the Bastille (influenced more by Monty Python than the French Revolution), followed by a French-themed street party.
